Our Commitment to Transparency

As a provider known for high transparency, we don't want to hide behind marketing texts, but rather give you a detailed insight into the hardware we use.

Trusted Hardware Partners

For many years, we have relied on Supermicro and ASRock as strong partners in server hardware. For the current product generation (G4), we source fully assembled systems from Supermicro and ASRock. This not only allows us great flexibility but also guarantees 100% compatibility of the components used. This ensures long-term stable and high-performance operation. We exclusively use our own hardware, which we maintain ourselves. We do not engage in "reselling" of purchased server resources.

Built-in Redundancy

Components such as fans, NVMe drives, and power supplies are not only redundant but can also be replaced during operation in the unlikely event of a defect. This does not affect customer systems.

Comprehensive Monitoring

We also place great importance on comprehensive monitoring and therefore check the following for each host system every minute:

  • Network accessibility from multiple locations worldwide,
  • Utilization of CPU, RAM, disk, and network resources,
  • Hardware status (temperatures, fan functionality, RAID status, functionality of both power supplies), and
  • The condition of the operating system and a test vServer.
High Availability Guarantee

In the event of a disruption, an alarm is immediately triggered and an administrator on standby begins troubleshooting within three minutes, 24/7. Therefore, we can guarantee a particularly high availability of 99.9% on average per year for our G4 servers.
