Which data center is my server in?
VPS run in maincubes FRA01, which is also home to our Ceph cluster. Dedicated servers are located in one of our four sites, depending on the model.

How are the sites connected?
Via a dark fiber ring, our own fiber between the data centers, with 400G per link. If one link fails, traffic takes the other direction. From the edge to your server it stays in our network.

Where is my data stored?
Only in Frankfurt am Main and Offenbach, so in Germany. We operate everything under German data protection law and the GDPR.

Your server is connected directly to our own network (AS58212). We peer directly with the major networks, so your data takes no detours. That makes your services noticeably faster for your users.
