How does ordering work?
You build your server here and continue to the order. Your selection is already filled in in the customer area, where you only pick the operating system and additional IP addresses if needed. Then we build the server and set it up for you.

How long does delivery take?
Depending on the market, 7-14 working days. Billing only starts on delivery.

Which terms are there?
In the configurator you choose a minimum term of 24 months, 12 months or one month. With 24 months there is no setup fee, with 12 months and one month a one-time setup fee is added. Its amount is shown right next to the choice.

Can I use my own IP networks?
Yes. With the BGP announcement we announce your own IP networks through our network AS58212. If you do not have an AS number yet, we get you your own ASN and an IPv6 network (/48) as a LIR and announce both. You book both in the “Network” step.

What does 100 % SLA mean?
We commit to 100 % availability of power and cooling for your server. We do not throttle the power draw: your CPUs run at full performance even under constant load.

What is the difference between the DDoS protection levels?
Basic Protection is always included and filters typical attacks automatically. If a single application is targeted, such as a game server or a shop, we recommend zero-lag Protection. More about DDoS protection

Are there configurations that are not listed here?
Yes. If you need other hardware, more drives or a special uplink, get in touch. We are happy to put together an individual offer.
